  • Wil Reynolds

    Wil started Seer Interactive in 2002 as a one-man operation out of his living room. Today, Seer is home to over 200 team members across Philadelphia, San Diego, and Remote. In his free time, Wil hangs out with his wife Nora, sons Rio and Niko, and serves Philadelphia’s homeless and runaway youth at Covenant House, where he participates in a yearly sleep out.He has worked across every vertical, including pharmaceuticals and hospital systems to Ecommerce and SaaS. With over 15 years experience doing and talking about digital marketing, he loves to speak at conferences about the future of search, and tends to lead our agency into thinking through different lenses.

  • Blair Enns

    Blair is the founder of Win Without Pitching, the sales training and coaching organization for creative professionals, the author of two books on selling and pricing for creatives and the cohost of a podcast on the art of creative entrepreneurship.

    Blair lives with his wife and business partner Colette Enns in the remote mountain village of Kaslo, British Columbia, Canada, a short 10-hour drive from Vancouver.

    David C. Baker is an author, speaker, and advisor to entrepreneurial creatives worldwide. He has written 5 books, advised 900+ firms, and keynoted conferences in 30+ countries. His work has been discussed in dozens of international publications. The NY Times referred to him as the expert’s expert. He co-hosts the most listened to podcast in the creative services field (2bobs).

  • Alyson Caffrey

    Alyson Caffrey is a small business Operations Strategist, Bestselling Author and founder of Operations Agency. She’s commonly referred to as ‘The Wolf’ among our clients because she just gets shit done. Alyson is best known for helping streamline the back-end ops for a multitude of brands and using her Operations Simplified™ framework to unleash the power of small teams. She and the team at Operations Agency are determined to help businesses thrive profitably, serve more clients and create high-performing teams. Alyson is mom to two young sons under three years old (yea, it’s crazy) and enjoys spending her time at home with her growing family.

  • Rochelle Moulton

    Rochelle Moulton teaches soloists how to turn their expertise into wealth (money, free time and flexibility)—and impact.

    The author of The Authority Code: How to Position, Monetize and Sell Your Expertise, she also leads Soloist Women masterminds and co-hosts “The Business of Authority” podcast. Before that she led introverted brainiacs at two powerhouse global consulting firms (Towers Perrin and Arthur Andersen), turned around the failing consulting arm of a Fortune 500 company and built three professional firms from scratch—selling her first to the big boys for seven figures.

  • Adrian McIntyre, PhD

    Dr. Adrian McIntyre is a cultural anthropologist, media personality, keynote speaker, and podcast consultant. He has lived and worked in over 30 countries, delivered more than 1,500 stage presentations, and written two speeches that were presented to members of the United Nations Security Council. He trains leaders and teams to communicate more effectively and connect on a deeper level by asking better questions and telling better stories. Adrian has been active in podcasting since 2016. His podcast consulting agency, Speed of Story, specializes in podcast strategy, storytelling, and media training for the principals, partners, and marketing / business development leaders of professional firms.

    Jack Skeels is a former RAND senior analyst and agency executive. He is the CEO of AgencyAgile, an operations consulting and coaching firm that has helped over 200 agencies, consultancies, and other project-driven organizations go better, faster and happier. Jack’s new book, Unmanaged: Master the Magic of Creating Empowered and Happy Organizations, launches on November 1st.

    Jenn Lederer is an award-winning NYC based comedian and keynote speaker. Performing all over the country, internationally and virtually, too!, Jenn emcees, leads workshops and keynotes to help audiences learn how to answer the one question everyone hates (but can’t avoid) “What do you do?” with the “comedian’s formula” for educating, connecting and entertaining.

  • Andrew Barry

    Andrew has an extensive background in learning and development, serving in executive roles at global organizations like KPMG. He is the founder and CEO of Curious Lion, a company that specializes in human transformation. They focus on developing individuals and teams to their full potential using a methodology that combines adult learning principles, human psychology, and neuroscience. They have worked with companies such as PagerDuty, Pinterest, Brex and Bolt, and are now bringing their expertise to revenue teams at high-growth companies.   • Jonathan Baker

    After after graduating from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School with a major in Marketing and a minor in Religion (there is more overlap than there should be, unfortunately), I started working at a small boutique marketing strategy consultancy, (r)evolution partners.

    In 2011, I left to pursue my own business, Monday Night Brewing. Along with two business partners, I have grown our craft brewery to four locations (two in Atlanta, one in Birmingham, and one in Nashville) and 100+ employees. Now, I head up the M&A practice at Punctuation, where I work with David C. Baker, who also happens to be my father.
